These are my goals as of July 22:
- Be 70kg (154.32lbs) by February 10, 2014.
- Be able to fit my UK size 12 clothes again.
- Be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs without feeling like I'm going to die.
- Minimise the JUNK that I eat. To respect my body by fueling it with good food instead of rubbish.
- Drink a minimum of 1,500mL of water per day, coffee not included.
- Maybe one day wear a bikini to the beach, if I can overcome the shyness!
- Exercise at least 30 minutes every day, which will also help with my severe depression.
